Emirates and Maldivian Partnership Expands Travel Options
Emirates and Maldivian have unveiled an interline partnership that grants Emirates' customers access to 16 additional holiday destinations in the Maldives, extending beyond the capital city of Malé.
This collaboration builds upon a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between the two airlines last year, aimed at exploring opportunities for mutual cooperation.
Travelers heading to the Maldives will now have the advantage of exploring other scenic spots within the country after arriving at Velana International Airport in the North Malé atoll, as they can conveniently connect to Maldivian's domestic services to reach their desired island getaway.
Emirates' Chief Commercial Officer, Adnan Kazim, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, emphasizing the enhanced connectivity it brings to their customers, enabling seamless travel experiences across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas to various Maldivian islands.
