Proptech start-up Nomad Homes has raised $20 million in a series A extension round, with California-based Acrew Capital leading the investment. The round saw a mix of new and existing investors participating, including 01 Advisors, HighSage Ventures, Abstract Ventures, Partech, Precursor Ventures, Potluck Ventures, Knollwood, and undisclosed hedge funds. The new capital will be used to fuel growth, enhance the AI-driven co-pilot for buyers, and introduce Nomad Homes Private Client.

Nomad Homes, founded in 2019, offers technology-driven services paired with local customer service experts to assist clients in purchasing homes. The company provides a customized home-buying process, from the initial search to financing and the final agreement. Additionally, it offers access to off-market listings at no additional cost for home buyers, sharing the standard buying commission with the agent selling the home.

The global Proptech market is projected to reach $86.5 billion in 2032, indicating significant growth in the industry. Nomad Homes Private Client, designed for high-value property transactions, offers expert guidance, data-led negotiation strategies, and privacy for buyers, similar to high-end private banking solutions.

Operating in France, Spain, Portugal, and the UAE, Nomad Homes previously raised $20 million in a series A round in September 2021, and since then, it has experienced remarkable growth, improving real estate agents' workflow and enhancing transparency for homebuyers.
